We delivered end-to-end workspace solutions for Alorica, across their Bangalore and Mohali offices, shaped for performance, design integrity, and enduring quality.
As a human-centred design and engineering partner, we created environments that support the realities of high-density operations, where focus, comfort, and workflow must work together. From ergonomic workstations that sustain attention and physical ease, to meeting spaces designed for sharper collaboration, every zone was planned to reduce friction and improve everyday performance.
Community and café areas were designed as intentional moments of pause, supporting connection and recovery within the workday. A comprehensive seating deployment, spanning nearly 4,000 units across task and soft seating, ensured comfort and consistency across every role and zone. Material and build decisions were made for longevity, reducing replacement cycles and supporting more responsible operations.
This project reflects what it takes to deliver at scale across two locations: disciplined execution, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of how environments shape human potential. From consultation to final walkthrough, we partnered closely with Alorica’s teams to deliver one unified outcome, workplaces where people don’t just work, they thrive.
